5，B 改成 on，比较的对象一样，都是rely on sth，只不过后面省略了rely，rely on是固定词组，依赖
6，D 改成 arting，因为devote to doing 是固定词组，on是介词，所以后面跟动名词，构成介宾
7，B 改成 Alberta is believed，去掉当中的it，因为这是被动语态，不需要有it
8，C 改成 maintainings，因为all 后面加名词，并且是复数
9，D 改成 degrees centigrade，因为48大于1，所以用复数
