UC知道农行金穗贷记卡绑定PayPal?

PayPal 是英语那个，主要是用国外PayPal消费。
卡片是刚拿到，通过电话已成功激活。
我绑定不成功能，出现以下提示信息：
This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.
有一个疑问：卡片上的名字 MR.AAA BBB (AAA 是姓 BBB是名)，PayPal上的First Name 对应是AAA 还是BBB呀？
有谁绑定过这个卡片？

PayPal在你登记信用卡卡号验证过程时，并没有和银行取得联系，而是对你的卡号进行审查，一般而言人民币卡是不被支持的。
请你确认你的卡号前六位是否为403361/404117/404118/519413/520083/558730之一。
如果你确认你的卡号符合上面要求，请和农行信用卡客服联系确认该行信用卡支持Paypal与否。
PayPal的 First name 为我们中国人姓名的名字段，请最好填写BBB。
