1. in this Agreement unless the context otherwise requires:
1.1 "Agreement "means these terms and conitions
1.2 "Berth"means a berth,dock, anchorage,submarine line,single point or single berth mooring facility, offshore location, alongside Vessels or lighters or any other Discharging place as may be indicated by the party in question
1.3 "R/T DATE" means the date for completion of loading the Product.
1.4 "Day"means calendar day
1.8 "Force Majeure"shall be .......
1.8.1 strikes,lockouts or other labour disturbance or industrial action by any person;
1.8.2 governmental prohibition,embargoes or restrictions or similar actions by government or local authorities.
1.8.3 blockade or suspension of transportation facilities ,shortage of fuels or raw materials;
1.8.4 Vessel damage or breakdown, navigational accidents, loss of tanker due to sinking;
1.8.5 civil

1 。在这项协议，除非另有规定：
1.1 "协议"是指这些条款和连续性
1.2 "泊位"是指一个泊位，码头，锚地，潜线，单点或单泊位的系泊设施，海上的位置，旁边的船只或打火机或任何其他放电的地方，可显示由团队的问题
1.3 "住宅/吨日期"指完成日期装船产品。

1.8 "不可抗力" ，应.......
1.8.1罢工，关厂或其他劳工动乱或采取工业行动的任何人;

1.8.3封锁或暂停运输配套设施，短缺的燃料或原料;
1.8.4船只损坏或发生故障时，航行事故，损失的油轮因下沉;
1.8.5内乱，暴动，战争， 协商或战前准备;
1.8.6火灾，爆炸，暴风，洪水，地震，地陷，流行性病，危险的海上或其他自然灾害
1.10 " NOR"是指准备装卸时有效通知，由船主（或其代表）向买方（或其代表）在卸货港口提出。
