那句话是对的。
compare to 既有“把...比作” 也有“与...相比” 的意思。
而compare with只有“与...相比”的意思。

把to 改with

这样用是可以的。
这显示了八个不同地区的失业率与国内平均失业率的对比情况。

compare to 把...比作

compare with 与...相比
我认为应该用compare with

不对的，这句话没有谓语动词了。compared to已经做为了非谓语动词了阿~这句话如果是楼上所说的意思的话，最好改成this shows a comparison between~~ and ~~
