no waiver,是没有减免的意思．
No award shall be questioned or invalidated. on the ground that any of the arbitrators is not qualified as above ,unless objection to his acting be taken within 2 weeks of his appointment.
没有裁决应受到质疑或失效。在地面上的任何仲裁员都没有资格，因为上述情况，除非反对他代理2周内对他的任命。
任何仲裁人无权表示怀疑或提出异议，除非仲裁人的行动在他提前预约的两周之内。
