摘要:本研究项目是通过对太阳能电池的研究,使人们充分利用自然资源——太阳光照,以节约有限资源,环保而又不失效率地得到一种新型能源。实验中研究电压与导电玻璃面积,光照强度,温度之间的关系曲线。最终目的在于在小面积太阳能电池板上产生尽可能大的工作电压。使得太阳能电池具有高效,高能的特点。
主要研究关于太阳能电池的开发以及现有太阳能电池制造的工艺简化。由于当今太阳能电池的材料价格相对昂贵制造工艺也相对复杂,一般多应用在航空航天以及较为高档的场合,尚不能大规模地应用到普通老百姓的日常生活中,使太阳能的资源不能得到充分的利用。针对以上的问题,我们希望能找到一种低成本高效率的太阳能电池材料,简化但又不失郊率或者通过改进制备工艺和方法,从而降低太阳能电池的成本,使其能够可广泛的运用于日常生活中,被普通百姓所接受,将可持续发展的能源政策贯穿于生活的各个角落。

Abstract: This research project studied the solar cell and aimed to achieve energy saving, environment protection while efficiently use a new type of energy source - photovoltaic energy.

The focus of this research is the relational curves among variables such as the area of photon-absorbing and electro-generating glass surface,voltage, light intensity, and temperature. The goal is to achieve maximal usable voltage on small area of solar cell arrays so that the charateristics of high energy effeciency and intensity can be achieved on a small area of solar cell panel.

This research aim to develop new solar cell technology while simplify the manufacturing process of the current solar cell technology. Due to the high cost of material and complexity in fabrication in the current solar cell technology, the usage of solar cells has been limited to high-end areas such as aerospace.
