MAAgent是什么？？

最近电脑打开时，MAAgent就在任务栏上了，点开弹出的窗口显示的是乱码。这是什么DD啊？是病毒么？？

maagent.exe位于一子的" C:\Program Files" 此时应该不是病毒。档案的大小在windows xp是57344字节。
