student A:you bought a printer for your office but are unable to get it work with your computer. when you telephone the company that sold you the printer ,you are told that in order to get service you need to buy a service contract, which is not included in the price of the printer. you were not told this when you bought the printer . complain .

student b:you work in the service department of company that sells printers .a client calls to complain that she(he) is not able to hook up the printer to her(his) computer. explain that for service the client needs a service contract .the cost is $150. explain this to the customer while maintaining a friendly company image and making the client feel good.

B: Hello, this the service department of XXX company. Can I help you?
A: Yes. I bought a printer from your company yesterday. I found it didn't work when I tried to hook it up to my computer.
B: I'm sorry to hear that, sir. What can I do for you?
A: I wanna a full refund.
B: I'd like to help you, sir. But first you have to buy a service contract which will cost you 150 dollars.
A: What? A service contract?An extra 150 dollars?
B: Yes, sir. Then you can take the refund or change it with another one.
A: Damn it! Why didn't you tell me when I bought it? How could you cheat your customer like this?
B: I'm really sorry. Maybe the shop assistant forgot to tell you.
