UC知道我有的*.chm能打开，有的*.chm打不开，请问如何是好？

打不开的*.chm文件经别的电脑验证，都好用，都能打开。
有些*chm能打开，都正常。
有些*.chm打不开，打开的时候，先显示一个‘安全警告’-未知发行者
然后里边所有的页面都显示：
This program cannot display the webpage
Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.
What you can try:
Check your Internet connection. Try visiting another website to make sure you are connected.
Retype the address.
Go back to the previous page.

在c盘查找一下wc98pp.dll文件，找到后删除就可以了。
可以进一步将注册表中键值为wc98pp.dll的项删除

有时候区域选项也会影响到吧
很简单的方法，先看C盘 Windows目录下有没有 hh.exe 文件
有的话，你打开 chm 文件时候，是跳出打开方式是不是？
选择到这个HH.EXE 打开就可以了
