The buyer agreen to buy and the seller agreen to sell the under mention commodity on terms and conditions as set forth below:
Term of Payment: The buyer pay advanced to the seller no less than by20% with all the value of the goods by T/T, the balance will paid once by T/T after shipment
INSURANCE: After the goods on board, the seller inform to the buyer the shipment information, insured by the buyer.
FORCE MAJEURE: The sellers shall not be held responsible if they, owing to Force Majeure causes, fail to make delivery
With in the time stipulated in the contract or can’t deliver the goods. However, in such a case the sellers shall inform the buyers immediately by cable. The sellers shall send to the buyers by registered letter at the request of the buyers a certificate attesting the existence of such a cause issued by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade or by a competent Authority

买方与卖方针对一下产品以及条款达成一致：
付款条件， 买方应预先电汇不得少于货物总款20%的定金， 余款在发货之后立刻电汇付清。
保险， 货上船之后， 卖方通知装船信息给买方， 保险由买方支付。
不可抗力 ，卖方不对由不可抗力造成的发货延迟负责。
在合同规定的时间内如果不能发货， 卖方应尽快用电报通知买方。 卖方应该以挂号信的形式寄给买方由中国国际贸易促进委员会或相关当局的出具的书面证明。
买卖双方同意以以下的品名条款进行交易：
支付条款：买方用电汇的方式提前汇入不少于总值的百分之二十的货款。剩下的将在装船后用电汇的方式支付。
保险：当货物在装运港后，卖方必须通知买方装船的信息。由买方投保。
