stop 0x0000000A 这个叫环境不正确.我也遇到过.具体说我的是cpu温度过高,我拆开机箱,把散热器上的灰弄了些就好了.我建议你看哈你的内存查好了没有,cpu散热情况,以及其他硬件方面的.还不行的话到http://support.microsoft.com, 在左上角的\\"搜索(知识库)\\"中输入停机码stop 0x0000※※※,去查吧.
*** stop 0x0000000A其中这部分是停机码(Stop Code)也就是STOP 0x0000001E, 用于识别已发生错误的类型,(0X0000F88F,0X00000002,0X00000001,0X806E5A8E) 表示随机的开发人员定义的参数(这个参数对于我们根本无法理解, 只有程序编写者或者微软操作系统的开发人员才懂). 停机码可以作为搜索项在微软知识库和其他技术资料中使用.
还有,以后遇到蓝屏,别都超,stop 0x0000※※※这串抄下来就可以了,stop前面的都一样,蓝屏都是这样说.这串帮不了我们,就只有求救与专业技术人员了.
有没有装什么与你系统不兼容的防火墙，有些不兼容的就会出现蓝屏，例如vista与360就会出现类似的情况．
