Every coin has two sides.If there is no garbage bag in the world, it will bring much trouble to people.They have to find something to take garbage out,some of them will throw it everywhere due to inconvenient.
On the contrary,people who feel inconvenient will reduce garbage,therefore,there will be less garbage in the world.

It won't be good if there have no grabage bag, people don't know where to throw the trash, they will throw it anywhere, later, the enviroment will have pollution problem. So it would be so worst if there arn't any grabage bag.
