有关第645号500件印花棉布的合同，规定的是成本加运费价，然而贵公司的信用证却规定为成本加保险和运费。这规定显然与合同不符、应该修改。
为避免进一步延误，我方建议我公司代为安排有关投保手续。保险费为140美元，将在贵公司2%的佣金内扣除。佣金余额待信用证款项收到后，立即汇寄贵公司。

Regards to the contract of No.645, 500 of cotton prints, it was cost plus freight as the stated, however, the L/C of your company stated as cost plus insurance and freight. Obviously this description is different from contract and should be revised.

In order to avoid more delay, we suggest that our company will arrange the insurance procedure instead. Insurance fee is 140 US dollars, will be deducted from your 2% commission. We will transfer the rest of commission to you once we receive the fund of L/C.

1. Regards to items under the contract SC456, we have booked the ship named "East Wind". It will arrive to Londan around 19th of May, please contact B&W company in Singapore for shipping information.

2. The most important thing is that the goods need to be shipped before 20th of October as stated in L/C, otherwise, any loss occured by the delayed shipment will be shouldered by you.
