第2种要好一些，将choose改为take会不会更好些？

如果只能从这两个当中选，我觉得第一个更好。如果第二个句子里面的连词改为while也可以。因为when一般表示瞬间事情的发生，而while用于相伴发生，或者同时进行的一个时间状态。
