It will be difficult to adapt the possible changes in the future if people choose to keep a good job in the present instead of gain knowledge actively. There is a possibility of failure for catching up the development if jobs now are continuously developing and changing. If we lose current job on someday, how can we make a live without a unique skill?
As a teacher, it requires more for me to gain knowledge. I am facing students. If I need to offer them a drop of water, it is appropriate to own a pail of water for myself at first. If I am going to be a welcomed teacher to the students, I must own plenty and profound knowledge. Then the students can be attracted by the fascination of knowledge, and prefer studying much more.
