2，工作服要一直保持干净整洁。给人清爽的感觉。
3，良好的职业道德。对工作的负责。
4，英语口语交谈能力。
5，有创新意识，追求新事物，开发新产品。
6，勤奋好学，谦虚。多问，多做。
----------其实归根到底我觉得一个西餐厨师的素质就是要有职业道德，和责任心。
不过，这两点都是和生活分不开的。首先为人处事没问题。工作自然也就好了，一句话，做事先说人。
