不能用 being attacked, 因为protech from 本身就是防止，如果你要那样用的话，这话就翻译成了：

另外一方面，attack 在标准答案里做名词，而being attacked放在from后面算什么？根本就没有这样的用法，因为这里的主语是they， 你用被动语态，就变成了他们被攻击，而不是国家了。
