A Letter to a Friend

based on my experience your choice of major must have connection to your future career. you must have a clear mind of what you want to do in the future then learn something deep about that. four years is not a short time, you can't just desert your major when you find out you don't want to do anything with it in the rest of your life. we have to admit that computer major has advantage in finding jobs, you can always read history as an interest when you have spare time. if you want to get enough money and lead a relatively comfortable life, maybe you should fut computer science as the first choice.
