上下文有关 Delay liquidated damage，

原文：PTC damage if delay in delievery or performance of service results in failure to be 'in service' before PTC expires.

有查到说PTC 是美国参数系数公司的缩写，Parametric Technology Corporation,
也有查到说是正的温度系数热敏电阻 Positive Temperature Coefficient，简称热敏电阻。
但好像都不符合本文的意思。希望能尽快得到帮助。
