As the college students in modern society, we are facing a lot of difficulties, such as failure in the finding a job after graduation. Many students and parents wonder that whether it is worthy to spend four years in college, because what the students learn is not flexible in the job market. So this phenomenon needs us to think seriously. Where do the problems come from? I think both teachers and students have a direct influence to the problem.
On the aspect of teachers, we can see they lack of creations and just read the books for students. Teachers will not have a deep research of the class, and then they don’t know how to make their classes more attractive from the angle of the students. 中国大学生的问题
作为在这样社会里的大学生,我们面对许多问题,比如毕业后找工作失败.许多学生和老师都怀疑是否值得花4年的时间在大学里,因为学生学到的不flexible in the job market.所以这个phenomenon 需要我们去认真思考.问题出在哪?我想老师和学生对这个问题都有直接的影响.
在老师方面,我们可以知道他们缺少创新,只对学生读课本上的内容.老师在课堂上没有很深入的research,他们不知道怎么使得课堂更活跃 from the angle of the students.这样,学生也不喜欢过多的注意老师讲课.在另一方面,不象中学的老师,大学老师没有任何stress对他们的学生.他们只需要在铃响时进入教室,下课后离开教室.很少的老师对学生有更多了解.所以当老师在解决上课的主要问题,他们很难知道对于学生哪些是难点.所以可能在4年里,大学生的学习还是停留在中学水平.
在学生方面,there are two causes.对于一些学生,很多的destruction已经变成a setback to the improvement of students.学生不关心他们的学习.他们只想每天玩,对学习没有计划.对于另一些学生,他们太关心他们的 majors 或定理,但是没有练习技巧.所以当他们在找工作的时候,经验使他们没有办法进入公司.这种情况下,4年好像没有用也没有价值.我们学习是为了能够使用我们学的东西.
总的来说,大学生的问题来自2种aspects:1是老师,另外是学生.为了去改变这种状况,需要joint-effort of帮助老师和学生的教育体制.4年,对每个学生,都很重要.但是怎样去好好的利用这4年,怎样去让这4年有意义,这些都要靠好的老师和勤学的学生.
