This Agreement is a non exclusive arrangement and the Clauses apply to the sale and storage of the extended Spare Parts Inventory provided by DBT America Inc., (herein later called DBT) to Shanxi Asian America-Daning Energy Co. Ltd., (herein later called SAADEC).
