我的电脑出了个小问题

我是新装的系统，现在感觉打开东西慢了
请问有什么办法可以解决？
我没有杀毒软件
也不打算装
请各位高手给个说法~~

在命令提示副下输入

echo 清除系统LJ完成！
echo. & pause

上面的文字可以复制的,进入cmd后右机界面点"粘贴",不可以用快截方式
