he's = he is 他是
his 他的
she's = she is 她是
her 她的
it's = it is 它是
its 它的
Tom's father 汤姆的父亲
his father 他的父亲
如果文章前特指his是指汤姆，那这两句的意义就是一样的。
he's是他是=he is
(she,it同)
Tom's father有时=his father,但是看你的这个his是不是指tom
