Sensation Black 2006Bei der Sensation Black ist komplett schwarze Kleidung vorgeschrieben. Sie stellt das harte Pendant zur Sensation White dar, das heißt, es werden in erster Linie Hardstyle- und Techno-DJs eingeladen. Sie wird alljährlich am zweiten Juli-Wochenende in Amsterdam veranstaltet.

Auf der Sensation Black traten bereits DJs wie Mauro Picotto, The Prophet, Chris Liebing, Marco V, Yoji Biomehanika, Lady Dana, Luna, The Darkraver, Technoboy, DJ Promo, Catscan, Kai Tracid, DJ Zany, Showtek, Angerfist, Scot Project und Black Identity auf.

Sensation Black slowly builds up the pace, starting from Hard trance, Jumpstyle, and eventually transitioning to Techno, Hardstyle and then Hardcore. Sensation Black is always held in the second weekend of July. All attendees are required to dress in full black.
