不要速成的,最好是以前听力也不好,后来通过自己的一些方法获得了很大提高.Especially how to understand the foreigner who are native speaker.

不知道看六人行算不算
至少我的四六级考试听力都还200多分
挺受益的
不过看起来比较浪费时间
