C,我觉得用have to是对的，有不得不的意思（难道答案是must么？）
A,needn't 不需要，意思是你今天不需要把书还来
C,will 是意愿的意思，翻译过来就是你愿意告诉我怎么去车站么？
C,mustn't是不可以，比如you mustn't park the car here,你不允许在这里停车，一般must提问用needn't回答
A,don't need to do,needn't do这两种用法不要搞混
B,don't dare to do,dare not do，和need用法相同

1.我觉得 应该是C，从语感上看C更合适一些。
2.needn't 是不需要的意思，选它比较合适。
3.我觉得是D，有征求意见的意思。与上面二位不同。
4.C must的问句都用needn't来作否定回答。
