自主学习课堂教学模式,是指在辩证唯物主义认识论、人本主义学习理论、建构主义学习理论和系统论等指导下,根据课程标准的要求,确立相对稳定、合理的教学环节,将教学内容、教学形式和教学方法形成优化的动态组合,改变学生的学习方式,提高学生自主学习的能力。
通过对课堂教学结构的优化,形成了相对稳定的“自主学习课堂教学模式”。总体思路是“先学后教,以导代教”。在教师的精心引导下,通过学生的自主探究、自主建构、自主训练和归纳反思,辅以教师的适当点拨,完成教学目标和任务。以教师的导替代传统的教,突显学生在课堂教学中的主体地位,并有意识的培养学生的“问题意识”。改进评价方法,构建了多元、重学、求实的评价体系。经过为期两年之久的实验论证,总结并初步论证了自主学习课堂教学模式能够有效地促进学生的全面发展,促进教师的专业成长,并对周边地区乃至省外地区产生了不同程度的影响。
