下面是我的意见：
1、impact on 词组对……有影响
2、如果用mind me making…… 或者mind if i……
3、如果选to be settled 好像是还未定下的感觉，有将来的意思，所以我选as settled 而且regard……as是词组
4、用主动形式。类似这样的有sell well(畅销）
5、under discussion是个词组表示仍在讨论中类似的有under construction
6、attract做动词是吸引的意思，那attraction则是名词形式，根据意思好像attraction更好
7、consisit 表示一贯的，consist policy 一贯政策
8、seated 是被动
9、access to 是个词组，表示有机会接触到，当然具体情况具体翻译
10、我的理解是，前句she ought to stop work 那表示在说这句的时候，她读书仍在进行，那从过去一直到现在仍在做某事，则用现在完成进行时态。
