关于C盘的一点问题

近来发现C盘系统盘C:\WINDOWS目录下很多隐藏的和不隐藏的类似$NtUninstallKB911280$文件名的文件,不知道这些是什么文件?C盘空间越来越挤了,不知这类文件能否删除掉呢?不会对系统有影响吧!!

那些是系统的一些垃圾的备份 无所谓删除即可
