说的在详细点：在点了关闭计算机后，又点了关闭后，出现了像Connections Tray(连接托盘）无响应的提示框或者提示qq无响应等的对话框，以及电表无响应的对话框等。在以上对话框中点了立即结束后，就出现了注意仍运转，而且显示屏一直处于正在保存设置状态。

My immediate reaction would be that you may have a corrupt Winsock file. Have you looked into that as a cause?
