One of our customer is planning to procure one no. complete assembled Suction Pick Up Roll for their PM 1, as per attatched assembly drg & following specifications.
Face Length : 4250 mm
Mounting Centres : 4900 mm
Shell ID : 662 mm
Shell OD : 762 mm
Finished OD : 813 mm
Shell MOC : Bronze / Duplex SS
Covering matl. : Resistex Rubber / Supplier Standard
Operating speed : 500 mpm
Design speed : 600 mpm
Dynamic Balancing Speed : 600 mpm.
The roll is required complete assembled in all respects, ready for mounting on the machine. The offer should also include supply of 2 nos. dummy heads to facilitate shell grinding. Offer for spare air tubes / sealing strips should also be submitted.
Attatched is the drg for the assembly of the roll. Detailed drgs will be submitted in the event of the order.
