Should we fail, upon your request, to hand to you within 3 working days the new draft(s) and invoice(s) and other documents as mentioned above, you are authorised to forward the documents received (including the draft(s) and invoice(s)) from the transferee, directly to the Issuing Bank of the credit without further responsibility to us under the Credit.

就依据你的要求，如果我们没有在3个工作日内，把新的汇票和发票以及以上提到的其它文件交给你，我们就授权你将收到的这些文件（包括从受让人那里收到的汇票和发票）直接交给信用证的开立行，而且在信用证条款下，也不再对我们付任何责任。
