法人 怎么说？

公司的法人叫 Legal Representative (LR)

legal person 是直译,用了会被人笑话的

sleet讲的是另外一个概念,Those enterprises, which are required by law to register as legal persons.当成立一家公司后,公司就成为一个实体(企业法人 Legal person),是指公司.不是指人.
所以营业执照就叫"企业法人营业执照"

日常讲的法人, 是指可以签名的那位. 公司委任的法定代表人(Legal Representative),也就是写在营业执照上的人名

如果指公司,而不是讲人. 那legal person是对的

Legal corporation 也可以

Legal Person 最常用,也最正式
