Do you remember which lake we ran round last Friday?
Yes. It is Xuanwu Lake, my favorite place. Today, I will talk about it.
I lived near Xuanwu Lake when I was very young, just about four or five years old. At that time, my dear grandma led (lead) me to the Xuanwu Park every day. Every day, I should get up very early because the ticket of Xuanwu Park was free before six o’clock. Although I felt very sleepy, I was very happy. As we know, the fresh air and first wisp of sunshine which cross the cloud in the morning are great.
In my memory, the part of the lake was covered with water lily (lotus). This beautiful sense reminded me of a Chinese poem- "lian ye he tian tian." At that time, grandma would always ask the woman rowing boat to pick me a big lotus leaf. I would then proudly put it on my head as a hat.
But several years later, it’s a pity that there was no water lily on the Xuanwu Lake. I was sad for a long time.

it carries a lot of memories OF THE TIME my grandma and me SPENT TOGETHER.(carry是及物动词,直接加宾语就好了.还有就是between不太恰当,按你的意思我改了一下,一般都是memory of somebody or something)

PART of the lake was covered with water lily (lotus).用part of the lake就好了,不用定冠词

另外,我觉得led(不用lead,因为你在叙述故事,一般用过去时)意思上说的通,语法上也是对的
