做泡沫切割器线为什么不发热？

我用的3-12V的变压器，用在卡带机器或者小音箱上的。用电笔测试没电的。
已经可以了，用了另一个变压器，2A，12V的，刚刚好又没红又有热量。这个变压器是信华易驱用的。你说的挑断原来的次级不知道是什么意思？是不是变压后的级？

变压器功率不足，一般要几十瓦吧，拳头那么大的体积，而且，是低压输出，一般是挑断原来的次级，从中间抽头出来输出，也就几伏特吧。
过去，本人用它来切割有机玻璃。
