“Analyze”菜单中打开.
“CeneralL inearModels”子菜单, 从中选择“Univariate”命令, 打开“多因素表方差分析”主窗口。
性别，学历和收入入Fixed Factors框,员工参与利润分享计划为因变量.
在主对话框中单击[Model], 打开模型对话框: 选中Custom 单选项。指定要求分析的三个主效应, 单击[Continue ], 返回主对话框。
OK分析这三个因素对于因变量的影响程度,结果看"Tests of Between Subjects Effects"方差分析表.
显著值(Sig)小于0.05(设定显著性水平为95%),说明影响显著,越接近0影响越大.
