cost pay 表示花钱
take 表示花时间
spend 二者皆可

cost 主语是物 sth. cost sb some money 意为某物花费了多少钱

spend 主语是人 sb. spend some money on sth.
或 sb. spend some time doning sth.

take 后面常跟双宾语有固定句型 It takes sb. some time to do sth.
