organisational structure定义是什么

when the corporation become bigger,such as become an international corporation,their organisational structure will become more complicated。The number of department and employee will increase.

The number of employee in each level will decrease as go up to higher level.
organisational structure can be defined as Hierarchy of Authority.

At the top of structure,they will be board of director or CEO/CFO.The lower can be the manager of different department,and the lowest can be the supervisor in each department.
