出现蓝屏一般有以下几种原因：
1、你的系统文件损坏了，如果是这种情况，你可以插入你的系统盘修复一下。把你的电脑设置为从CD启动，然后插入系统盘，进入点击系统修复项就可以了；
2、如果上述方法不行，你可以在开机时按F8进入安全模式，运行系统还原，把系统还原到你认为正常的一个时间；
3、上述两种如果都不行，我认为可能是你的硬盘出现了问题，因为我的电脑不久前就出现了和你差不多的问题，结果查出来就是硬盘有坏道了。你可以插入有磁盘修复功能的系统盘，然后检查一下你的磁盘是否有坏道等问题。因为磁盘出了问题后，你所说的问题都会有很大概率出现。如果检查确实出了问题，修复一下就应该没有问题了。
4、如果检查证明你的磁盘没有问题，你再打开机箱看看你的硬盘连线是否有松动的情况，因为这些数据线没有连好或是出了问题的话，系统的数据传输就会出现问题，当然就会出现你所说的情况了，你可以拔了再插一下看看；
5、如果以上方法都不行，你就得麻烦下重装下系统了。
