你看第一题,可以写成he gave us the reason for being late
第二题,不能写成you refuse to go to the concert with me this reason...显然不合语法
所以,第一题里面缺少的不是句子必要成分,所以用which/that
第二个缺少了成分,必须用why来充当这个成分.
