像这个句子 Every year ,when the peach blossoms are at their best,a festival holds at the Beijing Botanical Garden. 句子中的holds 是用主动语态表被动的吧。。

这句话肯定是错的。应该是：... a festival is held at the ...在。。。举行桃花节。类似的例子还有：
The Olympic Games will be held in Beijing this year. 奥运会今年将在北京举行。

hold就是主动表示被动
