1.0 General
1.1 Plastic Prescriptions Limited, and/or their representative, reserves the right to conduct source inspection of items, at the supplier’s facility, before shipping. Source inspection may be applied to a greater or lesser degree at the discretion of Plastic Prescriptions Limited’s Quality Assurance Manager. When applicable, Plastic Prescriptions Limited will provide the supplier with adequate advance notice.
1.2 As a supplier to Plastic Prescriptions Limited, you are subject to periodic quality systems audits. These audits may be performed by Plastic Prescriptions Limited’s representatives or Plastic Prescriptions Limited’s customer representatives. The frequency and extent of these audits shall be determined by Plastic Prescriptions Limited.
1.3 All quality control related records, plans etc. are to be retained on file by the supplier for a period of no less than five (5) years, unless approved in writing by Plastic Prescriptions Limited’s
