美国绿卡可以申请国内的家人来美国吗

我刚来美国，我是IR-2移民，现在绿卡已经拿到了，我想申请未婚妻或父亲来美国可以嘛？？需要多长时间可以申请下来，如果是公民的话，多长时间可以申请下来，要是两个人一起申请的话可以吗？？？

公民可申请未婚妻,绿卡可申请妻子.
公民可申请父亲来美国

绿卡只可申请配偶和未婚子女.
