问题如题，
整句是这样的This has got to do with financing as well as with our warehouse capacities.
意思我能理解，只想知道有没有get to do with sth这样的固定搭配。

GET是使的意思.但不是使役性动词,使役性动词包括HAVE,LET,MAKE

我认为这是两个短语：

一个是get to do Sth.表示开始、着手做某事；

另一个是do with Sth.表示处理某事。

get to do with sth应该算不上是固定搭配吧,不过有时还是会看到它连在一起用的,我在其它书上也有碰到过这样子用的...
