UC知道frontpage网页高手来下！一个小问题

这是一段代码，INDEX页里面有个框框怎么不让它显示为home.htm啊？我想让它显示为welcome.htm不知道该改哪里指点下好吗？？？重赏！！！！！
顺便把后面的乱七八糟广告改下谢谢
