This agreement embodies the entire agreement and understanding between parties hereto with respect to the subject matter set forth herein, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings relating thereto. No course of prior dealings between the parties, no usage of the trade, and no parole or extrinsic evidence of any nature, shall be used or be relevant to supplement, explain or modify any term used herein.
