我的C盘Windows文件夹为什么那么大

电脑一直坏了，今天终于可以开机
但是提示C盘只剩100多兆...打开一看，WINDOWS文件夹居然有4个多G，怎么这么多啊，也不敢乱删
专家告诉我怎么解决

1，把文件名带美元号的文件夹都删了，那是系统更新的卸载，用不着
2，清除系统垃圾
下面的用存在记事本里面.保存后把后缀名txt改成bat，运行之（不包括横线）
