我家装的是VISTA HB的～
linux内核和你的主板芯片组不兼容（ACPI是芯片组高级电源管理）
按上面的提示你可以在boot内核的时候加参数
kernel=clock=pit nosmp noapic nolapic
（但这样就没有内核级的高级电源管理功能了。）
或者换一个更新或其他发行版本的安装盘。
