2.visit是及物动词,直接加宾语.因此用关系代词which.
PS:where相当于介词+关系代词.因此不选B.

3.选B.题意为"不要把巧克力放在Cathy拿得到的地方","...的地方"即where.
不选C的原因:the place已经是一个后接关系代词的先行词,因此不可能接关系副词where.

5.本来是将来时态,又因句中谓语为过去时"said",因此改为过去将来时,又因为是被忘记,被动语态,因此为would been forgotten.

所以我个人认为应该选C。
