If proplems continue ,disalde or remove any newly installed hardware or software.
Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.If you need to use safe Mode to remove or disable components,restart your computer press F8 to select Advanced startup options,and them select Safe Mode.

我并没有增加任何新硬件
这个是因为你的计算机的硬件有变动，可能是你的硬件有接触不良，也可能是你换了新硬件所造成的
也就是说系统出问题了，要么是软件系统被破坏了，要么是硬件上出了问题上。
如果重启后还是这样，那就是硬盘的启动扇区坏了，要修复或是屏蔽
先装系统 装完之后如果还不管用 那就是内存的问题了
这个提示虽然是说硬盘 但这种问题大部分是病毒或内存造成的
